15 Days in 15 Years: Day 15

It's officially Open World Cause's 15th Anniversary! We start today by turning to 8th Grade volunteers Ella and Malichi, who created a video together about why they joined the Kenya Read project. Ella and Malichi were instrumental to bringing the $14,000 Kenya Read project to the finish line, and we could not be prouder of the work they have done for Kenya Read.

This may be our favorite quote we've heard in our 15 years working with OWC. What impact can donating $5 a month to OWC make? The materials for a Days for Girls kit cost $15 to put together, and can help ensure that young women can have uninterrupted education in Nepal. A $5 monthly donation can ensure that four young women every year have educational opportunities that can transform their world. OWC is applying for grants that could allow us to start a renewable Days for Girls program in Narayanpur, Nepal - and your support will make a difference for women's education.
