Currently, we are working on curriculum for students in the U.S. to connect and learn about the students and cultures we support! Check back for more!
Skype has been a revolutionary tool in our organization. It connected us with Govinda for the first time, and continues to connect them with other schools worldwide. We use the web to create opportunities for learning and cultural exchange with students and teachers around the world.
Many schools have used video conferencing as a meeting tool for meeting the students they are supporting abroad. This gives kids and adults alike a chance to allow conversations to develop, and to give them a better chance at connecting with those they are helping.
Fundraisers, group learning experiences and exchange of important cultural values have all been integral parts of these classroom collaborations.
