15 Years in 15 Days: Day 6

For Day 6 of OWC’s 15 years in 15 days campaign, we hand the mic to Christina Strahan, who co-launched the Kenya Help campaign as a sixth grade student in Monument, Colorado. Christina’s efforts started an incredible international effort to raise $16,000 to save the HIPAfrica school in Kenya. Christina now attends college in Mississippi, and yesterday took time to FaceTime the middle school students in Mr. Honeycutt’s makerspace club to help them brainstorm ideas for how they can finish their campaign.

As Christina’s former teacher, I could not be prouder of everything’s she’s accomplished.
